- Good points:
- Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Provides freeview, online program guide that let's you record a program with one button - and it labels the recording automatically too. The chase-play feature is great to effectively pause a TV programme when the phone rings and resume later. You can even watch a recording while recording another.
- Bad points:
- It would be nice if the recording from the programme menu would auto-start it a minute earlier than the schedule to make sure you don't miss the beginning.

- Depending on the quality set for the recording from Tv when you put the program onto a dvd it has to record in real time which can be inconvenient at times.

- Different capability between digital and analogue tv. Slow start up. Loud hum. No direct access to HD.

- Good points:
- Very Stylish, and fairly user friendly. The recording Quality is Very good, and the On Screen Instructions are Easy to follow.
- Bad points:
- The Inbuilt schedule program, updates twice a day, and the machine comes out of standby for 2 hours each time, so you can hear the fan (it's not excessively noisy) running all this time.
