- Some of the phone functionality is like a mobile phone but not all as strong. Things like 'use number' menus on missed calls would be good.
3 caller groups is not enough, it's also quite long winded to add them to Groups
Sound quality is not as good as I expected it to be which is a little disappointing
An indicator for new messages besides the envelope display would be good
Cannot put phone on silent so people dont ring early in the morning (not that I have found anyway!)

+ Easy to set up and use Problem with one of the hand sets only lasts for 20 mins then goes dead

- Falls over easily. Phones don't talk to each other, so when you pick the phone up, the other records it as a missed call. Difficult to press the 'pick up' button. Small writing when displaying caller.

+ Design, features and HD sound. I saw some reviews slating the sound but I have had no problems hearing callers, on the handset or loudspeaker.

- One of the handsets doesnt have the greatest battery life when left off the base for a period of time, but new batteries doesnt make the item poor, great value for money in my opinion.

+ like the look of it, smart sleek. Like the way I could download all my telephone numbers from my mobile directly onto it.

- Can't hear very well on it. Shape not very comfortable during long conversations.

+ Elegant design suitable for male/female user. Liked the black colour. Phone easily found when under books/papers as display lights up very well and ringer gets louder the longer you leave it. Easy to set up with answerphone. Hands free facility gives clear sound. 6 months on I am very pleased with this product and it has lasted longer than my other phones.

- Because of it's very smart design you cannot hook the phone under your chin so hands free essential if you need to do something else at the same time. Unfortunately you do have to be facing the phone at this time otherwise you will be told you cannot be heard very well, even though they are crystal clear to you due to the HD facility.
