- Good points:
- So far I haven't found anything wrong with the kettle. It's not too noisy; it boils quite quickly; has a good water gauge;it's not too heavy when full; capacity is good; it is almost completely metal, as opposed to plastic which when heated releases substances into the water which are not good to drink; easy to refill; lid is attached so can't be misplaced; good position for pouring - overall excellent

- Good points:
- Less noisy than my old kettle. Excellent capacity and no of cups highlighted. Good pourer. Doesn't leak.
- Bad points:
- Cup gauge is underneath the handle and is difficult to read. Lid doesn't quite open wide enough to fill comfortably.
