- This product was very dissappointing. Firstly, I couldn't download any of the MP3 language modules (french) for studying although we could load them onto my husbands cheaper model (£12.95). Secondly, the volume regulator was in increments and not continuous. Therefore the I could hera was too loud and the notch below was too soft. A continous sliding volume control would be better. The wire that connected to the computer wasn't long enough. Basically it has put me off Phillips products as there was no attention to detail. I bought an ipod instead to save me any more trouble.
