- excellent steam outpu,t removes creases easily, speeds ironing time
- Bad points:
- cord between iron and tank is stiff and sometimes gets in the way. my last unit only lasted 2 years as the pump that relays the steam failed, however most of my irons dont last very long!

- I now love to iron - how sad! This is the first time that I have used this type of iron and I am so impressed. I do wonder though, if this one is this good - how good are the very expensive ones ...
