- Good points:
- The ability to use a USB stick to play AVI / DIVx files is absolutely brilliant and the price is unbeatable.
- Bad points:
- Not being able to find the remote is a bit of an issue because the buttons on the player are very limited.

- Good points:
- Plays DivX well. Reads most types of media. USB port on the front for memory sticks. Looks nice.
- Bad points:
- Slow to startup. Auto-standbys after approx. 5 mins if a movie is paused - not a big problem for watching DVD's, but for DivX files, it means you have to manually FF to continue from where you left off. Doesn't show long filenames.

- Good points:
- Plays almost any type of video including standard DVD's with excellent quality. Simple to make player region free. Quick and easy operation. Software is easily updated via the USB connector with updates available from Phillips/third party programmers extending the players functions. Very low cost but quite good build quality.
- Bad points:
-
No HDMI connector (Scart only), does not upscale DVD and cannot play High Def Divx/Xvids. USB connector only version 1.1. Poorly encoded Divx/Xvid video can sometimes stutter on playback.
