Good points:: great picture, easy installation, and phillips customer service very quick to respond.
Bad points:: only what i can describe as a screen `backlight' flashing on every 4 seconds when in standby. then after 10 minutes, the tv switches off. only seen when dark, but really annoying!

Good points:: Size - 42", flat back
Bad points:: sound quality, no vga socket for pc,picture quality has deteriorated after 3 months, only has 2 scart sockets, conflicts between digital & analogue tuners, no PIP without pc conection, conflictions with sky box, very poor user manual

Good points:: I like the design although I have seen better, but for the price I can't complain. It was pretty easy to set up
Bad points:: frustrated that the settings on the back are different for a wall bracket now and ended up having to send back the first bracket I bought and had to search on the internet for a bracket that fit the new design
