+ Pentax cameras are excellent quality, and this camera is top-of-the-range!

- Takes a bit of time to learn all functions etc., but that is only to be expected from a professional-type camera

+ Superb camera. Excellent feel. Great resolution. Endless possibilities and control over the image.

- If I had to find fault it would have to be that it is heavier than other SLRs. However, one quickly becomes accustomed to the weight and build quality and weight go hand in hand anyway.

+ A feature rich camera, the onboard software is excellent, image quality is very good, overall a camera that challenges some of the more expensive models at this megapixel range.

- Has a tendancy to underexpose slightly in the "green mode", but this can be overridden.
