Score 9.0/10+ Piece of cake to install, hardest part was getting it out of the packaging. Great picture and friends used to come round and watch the footie for the free beer - now it's for the picture! What more can I say
- None really, not that I've found yet anyway

Score 9.0/10+ Good clear picture. Easy menus. I like the feature which allows you to watch two screens at the same time.
- Not too sure about the auto sizing - it seems a little eratic. I also find the reaction to the remote control very slow.

Score 10.0/10+ Great picture and sound quality with all the inputs you could need.
- No real negatives to this set. Even though it's priced at the top end in its class, it's worth every penny!

Score 10.0/10+ Looks nice and sounds good!
- The signal for the remote control intermittently does not work and we have to switch off the tv and start again before the signal corrects itself. Bit of a gremlin!

The SD card slot is very useful
Styling very good
- The image definition on some types of programme isn't brilliant - this mainly applies to sports such as rugby or football. It was better on our old CRT TV.

Score 8.0/10+ Well produced product with good performance
- Just a little too complicated

Score 8.0/10+ Execllent value for money - crisp, clear picture on digital and freeview, further enhanced by HD. Sound quality not perfect, but can easily be enhanced by use of external sound system.
- None - some things are not perfect, but nothing is bad.

- nothing bad

Score 10.0/10+ Good quality picture on both analogue and digital with wide viewing angle. Swivel stand allows optional re-postioning with ease when required. Decent sound but can be beaten. Overall an excellent TV.
- Bad layout of remote control - especially Guide controls (top) - would be better to swap the VCR/DVD cluster with the Guide/Exit/Resume and circular direction cluster (bottom). The remote is also the identical shape at both ends so I frequently fire it at myself.

Score 8.0/10+ Great picture quality. I was particulary looking for good display of the SD programmes on Freeview as we don't have HD and are unlikely to have it for several years - generally this is very good, including sport and other fast-moving stuff. We also bought a Panasonic DVD / HDD unit - programming and recording are simple, playback is good quality [depends on recording quality setting] and storing, review and deleting programmes are simple oerations.
- Sound could be better, otherwise no complaints with the TV. DVD / HDD start-up time is slow.

Expert reviews for Panasonic TX-32LXD70
TechRadar expert review
Like Bond, Panasonic‚Äôs TX-32LXD70 is jacketed in a sleek, black tuxedo and boasts an arsenal of sophisticated features that would make Q jump for joy. It‚Äôs proof positive that despite the company‚Äôs love for plasma, it knows how to create an outstanding 32in LCD TV as well. Throw ina cornucopia of connections and an aggressive ¬£600 price and it‚Äôs an HDTV licensed to kill ‚Äì the opposition, that is.Those connections set out the TX-32LXD70‚Äôs HD-ready stall. Two 1080p-capable HDMI inputs and component video tick the HD-ready boxes, along with the native resolution of 1366 x 768…

TechRadar expert review
The TX-32LXD700 is another illustrious addition to Panasonic's fine portfolio. Practically every feature of a Panasonic TV is meticulously thought through, and the power consumption of this model is no exception: the TX-32LXD700 uses 140W in operation and only 0.4W in standby mode. These power consumption ratings are among the lowest around, already getting the TX-32LXD700 off to a flying start. The Panasonic TX-32LXD700 sports a price tag that's to be expected of its flagship status, clocking in at a cool ¬£800. Some of that high price will certainly be justified by the design: clad i…
