+ Great telly for SD freeview and fantastic quality for HD. I run mine with a DMREX78 (with upscaling) and the SD DVD output is fab. Also the freeview SD via the DMREX78 is arguably better than the telly's built in one.

+ it's panasonic what more can you say. my family have dealt with panasonic for over 60 years and have never been disappointed yet these include televisions, videos, dvd players/recorders, microwaves, telephones the list just goes on and on

+ The TV was exceptionally easy to set up with a concise instruction manual and clear diagrams.When I first saw the picture quality I was pleasantly surprised for I had expected something not just as good considering I had bought, to a large degree, on the basis of cost.

- I'm sure there must be some but cant think of any at present except perhaps some people might cite the function of the remote control. Though I am being picky.

The HD picture is really good (remember Sky HD etc. only broadcast in 1080i which matches this TV perfectly!) 100Hz scanning (great for fast moving action like sport and action films).
Sound quality is above average for flat screens, good bass and volume.
3 HDMI inputs. 2 Scart inputs (RGB). Built-in digital freeview and analogue tuners.
SD card reader built in. Nice remote.

- although the volume sounds very good at low to medium levels - when you consider that there is around 3/4 of the volme bar remaining - anything over half way and the sound distorts - most noticable of music with a lot of bass notes - but whenyou consider you cant actually see any speakers - it doesnt do bad.

+ It is very stylish and looks very good on the wall. The overall picture quality is very good as is the sound and for the money very good value.

+ Sleek, elegant and very easy to set-up and programme. Superb picture in digital, mode and just the right size for a 6.0 x 4.5 metre lounge. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

+ Picture quality is as good as other people have said, even with my cheap aerial in the loft. The whole package is great and as I expected. No time at all to set up and get working. Did all my research on the internet and this kept getting great reviews overall. Well pleased.

- Does not appear to have a volume leveller. i.e to keep all channels and ADVERTS at the same level which I got used to on my old Sony. Instead it lets the volume fluctuate up and down. Upto now this is my only bad point, although important to me. I would have expected this to be a standard function on all tvs nowadays.
