- Good points:
- Produces delicious bread with the minimum of fuss. Easy to use instructions and straightforward recipes. Stylish design. The sides don't get too hot during baking. No problems with the raisin and nut dispenser as reported by other reviewers - Panasonic seem to have sorted this out.
- Bad points:
- The yeast dispenser doesn't need cleaning often, but when it does it is a little fiddly and difficult to clean properly. Lid hinge feels a little wobbly - it's probably fine but it should feel more robust at this price.

Not knowing if we would use a breadmaker, we bought a cheaper alternative 12months ago which after hours of experiments and much wasted ingredients, we finally found a reliable recipe. This lasted us for a year but eventually gave up.
Knowing we would use it we invested in the Panasonic this time and it is a different beast entirely. Every recipe tried turns out great bread and brioche. The extra facilities are useful and not just gimmics. The build quality is good and we hope to be making fresh bread for a long time to come. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for. - Bad points:
- Minor, but wholemeal bread sags in the middle. Still tastes great!
