Sits in front of the TV (37") and improves the sound considerably. Made the mistake of buying cheap HDMI cables and couldn't get the system to work. Used better quality ones after talking to Panasonic's customer care line who were excellent once I found a technical wizard!!

- I bought this for my husband, who normally has to listen to the television with headphones to hear what is being said (due to bad hearing), since I got this he has not had to use the headphones at all as the sound is so clear.
- Bad points:
- Not all the wires included in the bos, I bought a HDML cable with it but we still needed an optical digital audio cable, it would be a good idea to let people know what cables they might need.

This is easy to setup once you have understood the instructions and the sound quality is just what I needed to overcome the deficiencies of standard flat screen TV speakers - I wanted it mainly for improving the sound while watching Bluray and DVD films and it does that very well.
It is both compact and attractive and fits unobtrusively in front of my TV on the stand but can be wall mounted if required (mounting kit is included)
Has a remote control for all its features including changing the sound source (TV or Bluray/DVD player) changing teh sound effects and volume control. - Bad points:
- Setup manual especially the wiring instructions could be a little clearer. I was able to take an educated guess and interprete them correctly but still felt the need to seek clarification from the vendor's help desk who confirmed my understanding.

Home Cinema Speakers with Integrated Subwoofer
Setting up SC-HTB10 is easy and simple. Just place it in front of the TV or wall-mount it under the TV, and connect to TV and Blu-ray DiscTM player with HDMI cables. SC-HTB10 realises realistic live sound which cannot be experienced with TV speakers.
With clear-mode dialogue, the voice will be sounding more from the centre of TV display. With more precise linking between the picture and the sound, the dialogue voices on the movie and the vocals on the music content can be enjoyed with clearer sound.
SC-HTB10 is compatible with a feature of ARC (Audio Return Chanel). The ARC allows receiving audio signals from the TV, on top of the preexisting HDMI function of sending audio/video signals to the TV with just one cable. This feature will simplify the connection by eliminating an audio cable connection between TV audio output and main unit’s audio input. *ARC compatible TV is required.
Two 8 cm subwoofer implemented on the opposite side cancel the vibration each other. It is also fit for wall mount, thanks to its low vibration structure.
With the advanced bamboo cone speakers the sound becomes much more responsive. Vocals are more pure and clearer, and the dialogue being crisper and easier to understand than ever before.
