Defrosts really well.
Very quick, quiet and powerful.
Well put together and straightforward to use.

The grill tray only just fits onto the glass plate and can come off when cooking.... This happened on day 2 and left a scorch mark on the inside.
Also, the rubber feet on the bottom do not have enough grip to stop it moving back on the work surface when you push the open door button so you are continually putting it back in place.
