Good points:: features, ease of use value for money
Bad points:: quite bit smaller inside than i had thought and my splatter cover which i used regularly will not fit in properly as it catches on the sides due to width

Good points:: has a clock, takes a dinner plate. has weight defrost, push button timer.
smaller than i have had before looks better in my kitchen.
Bad points:: not as big as my previous microwave. will not take my 2l polythene jugs or some of my specialist microwave dishes.
