- Good points:
- the base unit has great hands free quality for ease and sound and the design fits my use perfectly the cordless units are not quite so good in this area .but a great product in general
- Bad points:
- two remote units are not totally identical in design which is a shame and the sound reproduction on hands free could be a bit better it is not bad it just could be better .

- Good points:
- as the base station has a cord it cannot go walkabout from the office. This was the only system I could find that did not have all the phones wireless.
- Bad points:
- The phone book / memory is so complicated an anstrophysist would have problems using it

Purchased the Panasonic 6461 (KXTG6461ET) ET Dual Telephone quintet set that comes with a wired desk phone, a cordless DECT handset, and 4 additional cordless DECT handsets. The additional handsets supplied were from a different, but compatible, Panasonic phone range (KX-TGA651 EM).
The phones are well designed and easy to use, but take a while to become familiar with using the phone features/operations. The biggest problem has been coping with the different buttons sequence/operations between the two handset models; so using the phone-set downstairs rather than in the bedrooms is proving difficult for the family. In spite of this I am pleased with the system and would recommend it to anyone who needs a similar solution.
- Bad points:

1. Different handset buttons sequence/operation.
2. Cannot set an extension name for the handset, like 'LIVING RM', or 'JACK'S RM'. In my family the handset are regularly misplaced or put on the wrong bases, so we have labelled the handsets using a sticky label so we know immediately where it belongs.

- Like the call barring feature, very handy for unwanted calls. Already had two Panasonic wireless handsets and was able to connect these to this phone. Very stylish.
