Good points:
Possession of this excellent Camcorder means superb pictures in all circumstances (except pitch black, of course) and obviates sthe need to carry an ordinary camera for stills.
Bad points:
I have only used my camcorder twice but it did not seem very obvious to me whether the camcorder was filming or not. Perhaps a small red light in the view-finder or screen could indicate that the pictures are being taken in fact.

Good points:
This camcorder is absolutely fantastic prosumer camcorder with broadcast quality video.stunning hd photos.would recommend buying a Rode VideoMic Pro Compact Shotgun Microphone to make it complete ,although the built in mic is very good in comparison with other cams.panasonic recommends min class 4 sdhc memoy card ,i found that this cam needs a class 10 sdhc card for stunning results without choppy video playback
Bad points:
Can,t fault it other than needed spare battery power ,can be little heavy without the tripod if hand held for 30min after all it a prosumer camcorder with broadcast quality video

Good points:
Small , Compact. Very good value, Picture quality very good too. Ideal for holiday & family occasions when you can just pop camera in your pocket. Is not ultra small, so you would know you had it in your pocket, but acceptable size to carry there
Bad points:
No protective case. When you are charging battery, you can't use camera as battery has to be on camera and charge lead plugged into camera. Options, purchase a large capacity battery and dual charger for about . That way you can always to up at least one battery and when you're not using camera, you can top up both.
