+ good design and only blu ray player profile 1.1 on the market, if you dont want a games console.

- Its the little things that also matter. I mean, you buy a top of the range blu ray player with great picture and sound, you might expect the player to have a memory for the dvd's you watch and stop in the middle, watching something else then returning to the other dvd only to have to search where you were up to.

+ Loads discs in almost the same time as a normal dvd player; much quicker than my Toshiba HD DVD player

- The blue light at the top of the machine in the middle is a bit of a distraction and, in my opinion, a little unnecessary; it is very bright. Apart from that, it's ace !!

Expert reviews for Panasonic DMP-BD30

TechRadar expert review
