- Sometimes you have to push the cradle twice to pick up a call as the button on the receiever sticks.

- Very complicated set up. Still cant get fax to operate when it should so only using as ans phone which wasnt the idea of buying it! Too long for each recorded message downt appear to cut off when caller does.
