+ SMSes can be ordered as threads. This alone is my reason for buying. Ease of use and versatility are also good. Camera, though low res is brilliant in low light.

- Software and firmware fails too often or has flaws. Audio quality is not the best. Phone often locks up.

+ Fantastic ergonomic design.
Palm OS very easy to use.
Screen is unbelievable.

- A little slow at times but I am told that this will be fixed with the next firmware upgrade.

+ If using a Palm and a seperate phone you are missing out if you have not tried the Treo 650. With the phone itself I have had no reception problems - unlike my previous networks. The accessories are fantastic although you will have to shop for them from independant sites.

- No Graffitti text or notepad.
Possibly the small screen size will put off some handheld pda users who are accostomed to other screens.
Also I reccommend the bluetooth headset (not included) as the volume on the phone, even at the highest level is not great.
