Good points:: This laptop has an attractive, ergonomic design and is easy to use. Pre-built with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium and Microsoft Works, it is ready to use straight out of the box. The specification is very good for the price and the additional graphics memory is a bonus. Though refurbished, this product arrived in excellent condition. Overall, a very good buy.
Bad points:: The LCD screen has a reflective surface, which makes it difficult to see in certain lighting conditions (eg outside).
