- only down side - opening and shutting of the disc drive drawers can be a bit tricky till you get the hang of it.

- if you like your music then dont rely on the built in speakers and i'm not too sure that the sound card is up to much, i think the manufacturer could do better to fit something a little more powerful for the money but wired up to a decent sound system and its fine.

- Would have liked the option to choose which version of Vista was supplied to prevent having to upgrade. Backup options are limited in Basic.
