+ Fantastic phone. Every feature you could wish for

- A bit bulky, but to be expected. Average battery life, but actually impressive when you consider what it's powering!

+ Good features

- Not easy to use. Needs a number keyboard.
Battery life low if left on and if not then the phone has to be turned on and lock turned off.
Needs a single key for lock unlock that doesnt require a passoword

+ A great phone for keeping personal data backed up and with you at all times

- Very hard to use without the stylus, dialing can be a pain. The keyboard opens too easily, it should lock away better.

+ Backlit Keyboard, sharp/bright screen, lots of connectivity options for browsing/data transfer/syncing

- WM5 is a poor operating system, the camera takes quite poor pictures even on the highest settings

+ it makes texting easier & the camera & video seem to be really good

- navigation with the keypad is very confusing at times i select say my phone expecting to find my phone settings , all i find is my ring tone & whether i want it to vibrate then for music its listed under file explorer which would normally be attached to internet menu

+ i can access all word document and excel files. that i can carry the important files with me all the time

- not easy to use as a phone. and the big size

+ I love the keyboard. The Wifi function is also fantastic

- Excel is a bit difficult to use on mobile device
