Score 9.0/10+ Excellent media, internet and messaging capabilities.
- Battery life isn't great, also when you get a report it doesn't say the name of the person the message has been delivered to (only the number), the rubber flap on the bottom is a major pain and when you text several people at once it wont send the message to some recipients (forcing you to send the texts individually).

Score 4.0/10+ Large memory, got every cable needed overall a good package.
- Windows Mobile not great, nearly a minute to boot, silly things like answer a call when the phone is keypad locked and you can't change the volume during a call. Software clunky compared to say a Nokia phone or PDA. Would like to assign the user button to something other than internet explorer. Windows Media Player not great, Mobile 2003 version has no tone controls

Expert reviews for Orange SPV C500
TechRadar expert review
This particular mix of PDA and phone has been kicking around for a while now in the guise of the iMate Jam and the T-Mobile MDA, but we like Orange's take on it for one important reason: you can find it for free on a monthly contract if you shop around. The M500 is popular, however, so you should expect to find a few stores out of stock before you hit gold - or should that be orange? This is a fully fl edged Windows Mobile 2003 PDA, but smaller, lighter and just damned sexier in its charcoal tones than anything that's gone before. With a full sized SD card slot on top, it's good for…
