- Good points:
- I am not a photographer, but this camera is very portable and foolproof to use. The pictures are more than good enough for my website and advertising in general, but I cannot claim to be able to judge quality above that. The only reason I was not 10/10 for Image quality and Features is that I don't know. It does everything I want and I couldn't be happier. The auto function is better than I'll ever be. I do not want to become a camera buff, I want good pictures with a minimum of fuss and knowledge. This seems to do the trick for me.
- Bad points:
- Slow release in Europe. Limited range of lenses(though this is improving) I guess you can't use the electronic view-finder and flash simultaneously. I have never wanted to.

This is an excellent camera slightly spoiled by being a bit overcomplicated, ie it is trying to be all things to all men, you either need a very good memory to keep track of all it can do, or do what I did and decide what faclities you need and ignore what you don't
The image quality is first class and both lenses are very good [the standard zoom and pancake]
The build quality is better than most modern cameras I've tried - Bad points:
- As said it's a bit overcomplicated, other than that, no complaints

Manufacturer's Description
The stylish retro black metal body of the new E-P2 may be reminiscent of a traditional rangefinder – but there’s nothing traditional about this powerful new camera from Olympus. The E-P2 is a 12.3-megapixel interchangeable lens camera, and it blends the high-quality still images of a DSLR with High Definition (HD) video, stereo Linear PCM audio recording and in-camera creativity – all inside an ultra-portable, easy-to-use body. The E-P2 also brings a new twist to the PEN lineup: an accessory port which accommodates the included VF-2 electronic view finder or optional external microphone adapter (SEMA-1).
