+ use it day or night without disturbing the neighbours good sound effects and easy to follow guidance, definitly a good starter kit for little jamie to begin on the road to becoming a budding drummer or for just havin a bit of fun or stress release.

- none really except it's not loud enough to annoy the neighbours.

+ top bit of kit. however read pad point

- no instructions in the box. its just a plug and play. but it does not say that anywhere.

+ Looks good. When working sounds pretty good.

- Poor quality software. Known software bug not reported or even managed on website. This is very poor quality software distribution management, and for retail sector is inadequate. However, resolution once identified was simple - but took IT savvy Dad to take time off work to resolve.

+ The drum kit itself is better than the price would suggest and makes a good sound through my computer. It took two hours to assemble. The wiring is very easy to get right, and it's quite sturdy once assembled. We haven't noticed any problems with the pedals that other reviewers have noted.

- The software is tricky to install. It's temperamental and you can't choose where to save it (which is a real problem with some Windows set ups). Seems stable enough once installed (on third attempt)

- You can hear the thud on the drums more than the actual digital sound. Very poor!!
