- Some menu oddities ... not always intuitive. Battery life could be better, need to make sure you do not have things running in the background unnecessarily because they will quickly drain the battery.

- Unreliable software - after installing the software update to try and resolve some annoying little niggles such as the occasional phone reset, it now resets itself even more than before.

The camera is excelent but lacks a few options such as auto focus when in using user defined settings.

- on point that does stand out to me is that the n95 doesn't support smilies when using text but i think this is with all simbian 6 os but not sure, skype should be included with the phone but it isn't but other than that i don't think there is anything else that i can think off

- Because the screen is bigger again than the previous model the main buttons are really small. Also took a lot of getting used to texting as the phone is so chunky it made my hand ache at first!

+ The good points are the vast memory in this phone. Its great as i don't need an ipod and i can also watch digital television as well as browse the internet with ease. Its probably the best phone on the market at the moment and is very easy and quite enjoyable to use.

- The battery life on the phone isn't the greatest. But that can maybe be put down the fact i'm listening to music all the time on it and watching films. Maybe this is something nokia could have taken into consideration though when designing the phone that this is what would happen with this phone. They bumped up the memory and all the rest but forgot to bump up the batter life to combat that.

- since I received my nokia n95 8gig I have had problems with it it freezes up it is very slow and sluggish overall one of the worst phones I have

- operating system not very stable, slow to load up text messages etc. some bugs in displaying of textmessages. nothing that can't be worked around however. if you are a big texter i wouldn't get this phone unless theres a good firmware update that has solved these problems

+ I am 62 and fined some things hard to take in but this mobile has been realy easy to use and the large screen helps too best mobile i have recommend to anyone.

+ The phone is attractive and a nice size. The keys are easily noticeable and usable. The font size on the screen was nice and easy to read.

- I found getting to the main menu difficult. The sound on the phone was a bit screechy. The camera was slow to take another shot. I was unable to take more than 1 photo at a time.
All in all, I found this phone very difficult to get to grips with - although I have used Nokia phones almost exclusively.
There was no instruction booklet that would give me the information I needed.

+ At this stage, there is nothing to criticise on the phone; the design is perfect. It is sleek and admirable.
The features are unimaginable,its internet browsing features brings you closer to people. I am completely knocked out by its media facilities, music, photography, still pictures and video media, advanced connectivity
through infra red and bluetooth facilities and above all satellite navigation facilities. It is unimaginably compact
for the so many useful things it can do. I browse the internet with mine any where and any time I need to. What I have found bad in owning mine is the fact that it has taken over nearly all the basic services my laptop
used to provide.

- I am still waiting to discover what is trully bad in it.

+ Being an elderly person, I find that it easy to work with, easier to open, Open messages. Make calls. It may take me some time to work out other features on the phone, but that is not the fault of the phone, It's mine.

+ The camera is excellent, better than the family digital camera we have at the moment. i am still working my way through all of the phones functions so i can't comment any further.
