- often reboots itself for no reason, takes ages to turn on/off, slider opens easily by mistake and then opens the camera software which takes a minute to open/close again

- the battery seems to run out very quickly and the screen sometimes freezes

- some menus are a little complicated.
some of the buttons are a litle to flimsy, and therefore, could easily break, particularly the "0/web access" button

- To bulky, battery life went to qucik, and the software kept crashing my phone when I would send a text or use the internet.

- really short battery life, restarts randomly, also it assignes random ringtones even if you have the phone set to beep and vibrate only. RUBBISH?!?!?

- Keeps crashing, the picture freezers and very very slow when opening anything.When it freezers you can't make or receive calls, It can freeze without you knowing so you can miss quite a few calls before you know about the problem. The phone has to be turned off and then on again to accept the bluetooth headset 8 out of 10 times dispite it also being a Nokia.

+ The Nokia N70's evolution is from tried and tested Nokia Mobile Technology. It is an old yet very reliable workhorse. This is a 3G phone with video call capability on compatible networks. It takes a 2GB DV RS-MMC card, will function as a very capable MP3 player (no need for an Ipod), will run TomTom SATNAV software on your Windscreen - in conjunction with a Nokia LD-3W Bluetooth GPS unit in your pocket. It is also a capable Video player / recorder, and it takes good digital photos. A very good bargain for the price - particularly when used as a "Pay As You Go" phone. Not too sophisticated - my technophobe wife soon came to grips with it easily!

- Keep it protected in a case when not in use - it WILL get scratched, stuffed unprotected at the bottom of a hand bag - as will most phones. No other bad points really, it is a derivative of the Nokia 6600, 6630, 6680 technologies - this is no real bad thing. Unlike earlier flakey models, this seems to have had the latest OS updates applied. No faults in 3 months of use! It's NOT an N95, and by todays standards, it's design is slightly dated. BUT, that is being really picky. Think of it as a Classic phone (much like the Nokia old 7110 of yester-year) - it's ultimately destined to achieve cult status too.

- Its far too slow, when you select an option it takes too long to open. Also its not easy to use, things are not saved in a logical place. The instructions are a waste of time, they do not tell you how to get the back of the phone off to put battery in and I ended up breaking it when I first go it!

+ The phone is stylish and so far none of the paintwork has started to peel off,my previous phones have started to show wear and tear within the first month of purchase. Thecamera is great which is surprising coming from a nokia. Also the phone has a very high max volume level which is great!

- The phone is on the big side and the software doesnt work on apple computers which is a problem in my case.

+ Good quality camera and video.

- Slow to respond, and sometimes freezes. Keys are too small and fiddly. I was looking for good size fonts and graphics on such a large screen, but there is too much crowded in there. Battery does not last too long.

+ Love the way it works. User friendly, the way it is set up. Had this phone as contract phone and then bought this one as a pay as you go one. Dont want another phone except this one. If I have a choice between this and the newest (which I had), I would still choose this one.

+ Good size, not too small but not too large to fit comfortably in a small handbag. Very clear display and very good sound reception.

u cant set a message tone to say a recorded message, it must be mp3.

+ Symbian Software so you can get other applications to work with it,eg Sat Nav robust and quite good looking phone

- You cannot alter the contacts display, names are too small it insists on displaying last name first, can't get rid of that awful Nokia start up tone, the musuc player is not A2DP Bluetooth compatible so will not stream to my hands free kit. Although it works well on Route 66 Sat Nav it gets totally confused when logged on via bluetooth to my car kit and keeps dropping connection every 90 seconds or so, it really is a dissapointment overall.

- Screen quality have no surprise, SonyEricsson 3G phones' screen are much better.
No brightness setting for taking photo, cause problem when taking photo with bright background.
Bluetooth sometimes hang. Reboot needed to solve this problem.
Cannot listen to radio via bluetooth even cable headset connected as attenna.

+ All the features you need, amazing amount of them for the size of the phone, and it looks good

- Buttons are quite small so can occasionally press the wrong one (it's the only slightly bad thing about this phone)

+ The phone is small and compact with an easy to use keypad and screen. the 2 cameras make capturing images and video really easy, and the picture quality is fantastic. not a lot of phone memory but this can be sorted out by using a large memory card. looks modern and smart so its ideal for a business man, however it still has its playfull side too.

- if you have larger than average fingers, you will find the keypad hard to use. text can be small at times and the phone itself is a bit slow,

+ It is very good looking and very sophisticated.Average sound quality and images and it is easy to handle.However somewhere it is a bit complicated.

- International calls cost too much compared to other sim card and it is not affordable for a student to use it.There is also a bad network connection,taking my example,at home there is no network.There is too less MB in the memory card.
