Good points:: Easy to use and set up
Bad points:: There is no way to change the fonts sizes therefore anyone with less than perfect eyesight will struggle with emails and text. There are no apps available to solve this.

Bad points:: My only niggle - you can hear the ringtones before you assign them, so how can you choose?
