+ Message reader, although completely unnecessary. 'Own' menu key. Voice in ringtone alert.

- Many previous Nokia features have changed, ie. alarm clock will not snooze for longer than 25 mins, recently used feature for SMS has gone, access keys for menus, phone book etc. have changed, no games, cannot display full screen pics for wallpaper, Many unnecessary features for a PHONE!, battery life fine, unless you use it, ' slient mode' shortcut key does not work.

+ The WiFi is really good and easy to use. The screen is very clear.

- No radio.

+ Accesories. Light and fits in pocket nicely.

- Awful reception, most calls break up and sound like they are talking under water which meant I have to end the call and call back on a land line, not good if you are running a business (which is what is aimed at). Has a tendency to turn off when ending a call after closing the slider. I have had three and all have had the same problem. The font is too small. I have TomTom and now I am having problems re-activating the software because it has been replaced too many times. Absolute waste of time and money, don't buy it!

+ Fantastic phone, love absolutely everything about it from the feel of the phone in my hand with the leather backing to the functions with ease of organising. Wifi is so handy and the symbian installations are fantastic. i already have skype and a german translator installed. sound quality is also good.. the music can be played at the highest level and fill a room well. Fantastic. In so many ways its top 5 on the market just now.. for price, looks and functions.

- The battery life really is poor in comparison to others. The music player eats most of the power, as does bluetooth. Unfortunately the camera is extremely weak and grainy. The calander could be a little more complex allowing more detail and better organision

- doesnt come with a memory card which i didnt like,it doesnt have night mode

- Have sent 1 back because not working am about to sent another back. Battery life rubbish, phone navigation difficult, overall the worst phone I have ever used, is now causing business difficulties.

+ Its all good, i like the data trasnfer button. That save tonnes of time

- The Alarm clock - I dont like the 5 min intervals and only going off for 25 min. Auto locking - having to enter a password every time i want to unlock the phone. Its getting boring.

+ Huge amount of features packed in, works well.

- Some features hard to find, esoteric navigation system, need more user defined controls for frequently used functions etc. Battery life poor when WLAN used, Ok to be expected really.

- Flimsy, two months old and feels like the phone is going to fall apart

- cannot change the font size..too small for some of my family so they cant use the phone. also, no games!

- everything. this is the worst phone i have ever had. every feature is just poor and the sound quality is awful. i took two of these phones back after upgrading. i now have a n95 and its brilliant.
