+ its slim its small enough to stick in your jeans going to a gig and not looking like you have a third hip. its simple and easy to use its a phone that does what you want it to do.

- the camera could be better or maybe my kodak skills need polishing up.

+ Great little phone, best I've bought in a long time. Lots of features and easily upgradeable with more.

- Battery life is a bit short compared to all other phones I've owned, and the camera can be a bit dodgy when aimed at certain surfaces (red surfaces in particular seem to affect the quality badly). Good for taking random snaps though.

+ Generally excellent. If you could have this phone with the same battery life in 3G it would be 9.9 out of 10.

- I thought I was good at texting - but for some reason I find it harder on this phone and am constantly correcting myself!
Sound quality is not as good as my previous phone, but the previous one was 3g.

- Screen easily scratched, camera low resolution and no flash. Requirement to buy yet another in car charger because Nokia has altered it charger ends again, WHY??

+ The phone is easy for my husband to use, the keys are not to small so even someone with biggish fingers can use it quite easly. He likes to use the camera which he finds he can use with not to much problem.

- My husband has trouble sometimes turning the bluetooth connection on (I think it might be just him though).

- The memory is rubbish.

+ Nice slim phone which fits in to any pocket without looking like you've got a brick in there!! If you want a phone simply to call and text (and lets face it that's generally what we all end up doing with a mobile despite the countless features some may give us!) then this is the mobile for you.
I have read some reviews about the battery life being poor, however I have charged the phone as per the manual and it will now remained charged for at least a couple of days.

- If you are looking for a phone that has everything with regards to software then this mobile may be a bit basic for you.

+ Simple phone which provides more than enough functionality for my requirements.

- Navigation & scrolling controller in centre of the phone is very stiff in one direction.

+ Convenient size and shape, nice screen and keypad, useful calender function

- Difficult to find things- i.e. photo albums- saving to memory card/phone? Settings, trying to set a photo to wallpaper is a pain, not enough memory space to select the profiles I like. Message space- can only hold about 70 messages in inbox and sent folder. I only use this phone for texting and calling so I'm not fussed about additional functions, it suits my needs.

+ I've always had Nokias and this is the best so far. Its compact enough but not flimsy, I've never had any problems with it and find it incredibly easy to use. Features such as the camera again are easy to use and produce good quality photos for a camera. I don't really use the other features such as music storage etc but the radio is handy to have on there. Overall a really good phone.

- The worst part is the low battery life - other Nokias I've had last a lot longer although it still goes a good few days without having to charge it if you turn it off at night.

- I miss the one-key change to turn predictive text on and off. Having to manually lock/unlock keypad is a pain compared with other designs.

+ I like it because it is slim and not chunky, no flip ups or sliding covers. I can navigate my way round it easily. I like good design that will last, not lots of features that I may never use.

- Number pad a little small, but then you would not get such a good sized screen so I will get used to it.

- I have big fingers - constantly hitting 2 buttons at once. Not interested in functions etc - it is a phone and that is all I need it to be. If I want a camera, I will get one that takes decent images - the video quality on this is a joke. Better not to do it at all until the quality is usable elsewhere, as opposed to do it for gimmickry's sake.
