- The screen is quite easily scratched if kept in pocket with other things, keys, coins etc. ( i know we shouldn't but most men do)

+ This phone is very easy to use and the keypad makes texting very quick and easy. The phone looks very good and holds lots of music, texts and photos.

- The battery can run out quite quickly if you keep it on all day or use it lots to send texts or call people, but it doesn't take long to charge up.

+ Really easy to setup and navigate. Stylish blue lights and flashing blue lights on side. Really comfortable keypad for texting. It has all the most important features i.e. speed dial, speakerphone, radio, micro sd card slot and camera. Looks stylish and is a good size and large clear screen.

- Its realy easy to hit the send button when writing a text message so you accidently send before you have finished. The security features are very dificult to understand and setup with no defult codes in the instruction manual.

- In noisy environments the sound quality seems poor - often hard to hear people when I'm at a train station, for example.

+ I have always liked Nokia products - they are simple and yet very efective devices. The build quality is great and the software is always the same - very good and a standard interface.
I bought this phone cos it's just so good to hold - small and fits in a pocket easily, and yet is robust and despite being dropped still continues to work really well, every time. We now have 3 of them in the family and have no isses at all - and can share the same charger too.

- I do find the rocker navigation button a bit of a pain sometimes... it needs a careful press to select the option correctly - I have on several occasions sent a text by pressing it when I meant to hit a right arrow instead... and I have small fingers and some fingernails... not sure how someone with large digits would get on with this.

+ Compact & durable, very clear pictures, easy to navigate - have already recommended to my other half, and my father in law and they are both pleased with it.

- So many features, battery life shorter than previously experienced, and takes longer to re-charge

+ Camera is ok, radio is good, music player is good, it makes and receives calls and sends texts which is basically all I wanted from my new phone!!

- Battery life is poor compared with my previous Nokias, don't find the Music Manager very easy to use but that may be my fault rather than the phone!

+ This phone is compact & has everything a senior citizen wants and i'm very pleased with it.I'm sure it would suit any age.

+ the phone has slim good looks and is easy to hold .The phone in general feels solid in build and so does the keypad .The camera is as I would expect ideal for everyday use.The MP3 player sounds excellent through the headphones.The screen is crystal clear and navigation using the centre piece is simple .It comes with a memory card which I find has more than enough capacity for me

- most people find the battery life to be one let down .I haven't yet found any audible alarm to let me know that I have missed a call or text there are lights at the side of the phone but that's not a lot of use if the phone is in ones pocket.One last small point although the phone comes with headphones supplied they do not have a universal
plug on them meaning If I wanted to replace them I have to buy those with a Nokia style plug on them

+ It is a really good phone, my battery life is great and i do use it alot! Good for music aswell i have uploaded alot of songs!

- I can't really fault it, apart from that the materials it is made from are quite susceptible to scratches and scuffs if you aren't careful!

- As far as I and my daughter are concerned there are no bad points

+ Stylish, has customisable themes (of which the iPhone one is really good, search Google for it), can download applications, is compact, battery life is reasonable.

- Camera is very bad, certainly the worst 2MP camera I have ever seen on a camera phone or otherwise. A USB wire to connect to a PC is not provided as standard.

+ Excellent phone. Just the right features and user friendly. Didn't need the booklet to learn how to use the phone. Everything is easy to use with a little common sense. Highly recommended.

+ This is a good looking, easy to use phone, its a Nokia and lives up to the reputation. The camera produces excellent quality pictures that are easily downloaded. The predictive text is excellent and the font size is easy to read.

- The phone was at first a little difficult to get used too, i found it a bit fiddly. It is so light and thin that i used to be concerned about dropping it when using it. I managed to get past that stage in a month and can honestly say that i think its the best phone that i have had to date.

+ 1. Size - small/compact, 2. Easy to use - with the phone basics, 3. It's very robust and well engineered and 4. It looks great.

- 1.The keypad buttons are all jammed together almost like one level/flat metal block and it's all too easy to press the wrong key (letter or number) - I have to use my fingernail to use it!. The buttons need to be more distinct and separate - maybe making the top surface a bit smaller than the bottom of each key pad?. This really slows down one's texting. 2. It's a nightmare to get try send/recieve photos from this camera in a text - my wife and I are still trying since December to get help with this - it should be automaticlly set-up to send and recieved these when you buy it - we are sson to have a baby and cannot send far away relatives the first baby photos. 3. When texting it's slow to register that you want lower case or capitals and you have to go back over your words to change them to the upper or lower case - again it really slows down your texting.

+ Really good looking phone. Nice to handle. I would recommend the plastic protective case cos it can get scratched. Easy to use and the camera function is excellent. A really stylish and reliable phone at a good price.

- None really. I had heard that battery life was quite limited but I haven'y really found this a problem. I suppose when you first get the phone you like to play around a bit and that uses the battery quicker but for everyday use I find it fine. I did put a bigger memory card in though as I like to be able to store plently of photos etc

+ i like the look of the phone, nice heavy feel, for the cheap monthly tarrif that i got it on im happy, has a radio which may come in handy one day, but i havent had the need for it yet, its a very good basic phone, probably not for someone who uses their phone alot but works for me.

- terrible battery life i only use it for making and receiving calls which is not very often, and the battery lasts about 3 days not impressed at first but getting used to it, the one big thing that bugs me and would have put me off buying it had i known is that if you miss a message tone when its received it does not repeat the tone to remind you it just has a flashing light on the side so if like me you keep you phone in your bag you will probably not notice it until next time you use your phone.

- Even though the phone is on but without making or receiving call or sending or receiving texts the battery seems to run out quickly (2/3 days). My last Nokia phone battery lasted @ a week. The screen can be dificult to read in strong shunshine.

- Hate teh handsfree kit - the system consistently lost teh link to teh handset, which then onvolved pulling the plug on the hands free kit and starting all over again - really poor experience. Key pad pon teh phone is also fiddly and easy to press more than one key.
