Good points:: its easy ish to use and holds quite a bit of data
Bad points:: even the slightest knock you lose the screen and the sound goes up and down that sometimes you cannot hear it

Bad points:: when you dial a number from memory it automatically tries to make it a video call!You cannot re-programme speed dials 1 & 2 if you don't use the pre programmed numbers what a waste of space

Good points:: the phone is rather good looking and easy to use.
Bad points:: the buttons on the top of the keypad are rather difficult to access with the tip of the thumb because they are too close to the edge of the screen slide.
