I have been very pleased with this phone which I bought mainly for the Sat Nav and the camera both of which have performed very well. The user interface is easy to use which has always been my experience with Nokia phones. I also like the software that comes with the phone for transferring files to my PC.
-
The battery life is not as good as - for example - the Sony w810 which I had prior to the Nokia.

It's easy to use and fully featured, the camera is pretty good considering it is on a mobile phone. It is still quite compact and relatively lightweight.
-
The battery life isn't great although it suffers somewhat in the comparison because my previous phone (a W880i) had exceptional battery life.

looks fantastic, has a wide range of applications, the GPS is great - I just think this is the best phone I've had to date and Ive yet to see one that would beat it for me
-
terrible Bluetooth connection, very few phones seem able to connect with it
The Sim Card holder is too tight and scratchs the simcards, if you remive it you may as well go get a new one as it wont work when you get it back in

Earphone slot doesn't take regular headphones, GPS doesn't always find where you are very quickly and searching for destinations isn't great, contacts section has space for a million phone numbers but nowhere to keep address.

It is a great phone - the best one I have ever had. Even for a technophobe, like me, it is easy to use, has more features than I will ever need to use, is light (weight), the camera and video are brilliant and the colour was what sold it to me.
