+ A typical Wii Product, well designed with good quality and durable construction. This machine is all about the gameplay rather than jazzy graphics or sounds, and thats where the Wii and Wii Fit deliver fun by the bucket load, awesome fun with family and friends of all age groups, something for everyone. People should find the system as easy or challenging as they like.

- An internal recharging socket would have been usefull. Impossible to rate the graphics or sound higher than 7 out of 10 because thats exactly the opposite of what owning and playing with a Wii is about, its all about gameplay and fun factor.

+ Its a really fun way to excercise and you can work as little or as much as you want. But the more time you spend on there the more extra games and excercises you unlock so you can carry on getting better or fitter. You can even do step aerobics while you are watching the normal tv! Its brilliant!

- If you want it locked to hide your weight, BMI etc you cant just lock that information and play as usual, you have to lock the whole access for you. So if you want to play with friends you then have to put in your password number in front of them which defeats the object of hiding it in the first place!

+ Good fun to play on your own but with the choice to play as a couple, but still getting exercise at the same time.

- Would like to the ability to like exercises together.

+ Easy to set up and use, talks you through what to do in each stage. Plenty of different exercises to keep you from beoing bored. I really like the monitirig features, which tell you how long you have been on it and tracks your progress over time.

- once you have mastered what to do on the yoga and muscle excercises you can't skip the how to/intro. It would have been nice if it had a feature where you could programme in the exercises you wanted to do on that day / week and it took you through them without you having to go back to the menu and choose the next thing you want to do - that can make things disjointed.

+ Works up enthusiasm to exercise at home, I like to be weighed and BMI checked, gives incentive to eat healthily, but most importantly its fun and everyone likes to have a go.

+ Good, fun, healthy, works for all ages, and most of all gives you a work out! It really does! If you do it everyday it will even monitor your BMI and weight as you 'play' to reach your target weight!

- No way to play multi player simultaneously ie one player to try a game and then another player to try the same game immediately after as you need to change the current user which means logging off.

+ The fit board is excellent, the graphics are good, there are lots of different sports to try, gets you motivated. Really good idea having daily fit test, advising age, graphs detail progress over time

+ It's great because the wii fit board really does respond to your movements. There's a range of games to play that workout your body in a variety of ways from balance to muscle tone. It's as challenging as you want it to be but as the games are fun it's quite easy to get carried away and before you know it you're burning up a sweat!! My whole family use it and we're constantly battling for the top scores which motivates us to use it! The Board itself is relatively compact so it's easy to store when we're not using it and it's hassle free setting it up. Typically cute nintendo graphics and soundeffects. I suppose the best thing of all is that after 2 months we all still use it regularly and there are still games to unlock. We're not bored yet and I'm not sure that we'll ever be!!!!

- I've struggled to find a bad point so this is as close as it gets: Unlike most wii games this isn't really for multiplayer use. It's not ideal for having friends round and taking turns because you train individually and you have to keep going back to load up other mii's and it's boring watching one person train although, it's quite funny watching my dad try the hula hoops!!

+ The games are all very entertaining and are great when you are playing in a group. If you want to do the proper fitness though you may be better off on your own but there are some good tasks to do.

+ I love the wii fit. Exercising in the comfort of your own home. The great thing about this unique game add on is that it allows you to push your body to exercise at a level which you are comfortable with. It also allows you to build up your fitness levels over time. The Wii Fit gives you advice on how to maximise your workout and hgive you health & fitness tips and a fitness programme if you intend pushing to a target weight level. Measuring your BMP allows you to see what the average weight is for your height and age and where you are in relation to that, then monitor your progress towards your own personal targets. It really is like having a gym with your own personal trainer!

+ Wii fit is very easy and fun to use, and the way it unlocks more things the more time you spend on it helps to motivate you to keep using it. There is a large variety of activities to do, and some of them get you laughing as well (just watch someone try to do the hula hoop game!). The leaderboards and graphs help you to see the improvements you make.

- Navigating through all the menus takes time, so to get about 1 hour of actual activity, you have to spend about two hours on the console. It would be good if you could tell it how much time you've got, and it would design a workout for you without having to keep stopping and starting.

- Not certain about the additional game, Trauma centre, probably would not of purchased this therefore from that point not a good vaukle for money

+ The product does exactly what it says on the tin - I have had the wii fit for 28 days and have only not used it for 4 days - from 0 excercise to 40 minutes per day is amazing. It really encourages you and as you want to improve your scores it really keeps you motivated
