Score 9.0/10+ A typical Wii Product, well designed with good quality and durable construction. This machine is all about the gameplay rather than jazzy graphics or sounds, and thats where the Wii and Wii Fit deliver fun by the bucket load, awesome fun with family and friends of all age groups, something for everyone. People should find the system as easy or challenging as they like.
- An internal recharging socket would have been usefull. Impossible to rate the graphics or sound higher than 7 out of 10 because thats exactly the opposite of what owning and playing with a Wii is about, its all about gameplay and fun factor.

Helen, Stowmarket , “TV to Wii convert”
Score 10.0/10+ Its a really fun way to excercise and you can work as little or as much as you want. But the more time you spend on there the more extra games and excercises you unlock so you can carry on getting better or fitter. You can even do step aerobics while you are watching the normal tv! Its brilliant!
- If you want it locked to hide your weight, BMI etc you cant just lock that information and play as usual, you have to lock the whole access for you. So if you want to play with friends you then have to put in your password number in front of them which defeats the object of hiding it in the first place!

Score 10.0/10+ Easy to set up and use, talks you through what to do in each stage. Plenty of different exercises to keep you from beoing bored. I really like the monitirig features, which tell you how long you have been on it and tracks your progress over time.
- once you have mastered what to do on the yoga and muscle excercises you can't skip the how to/intro. It would have been nice if it had a feature where you could programme in the exercises you wanted to do on that day / week and it took you through them without you having to go back to the menu and choose the next thing you want to do - that can make things disjointed.

V, Ruislip , “Female 25 Badminton player”
Score 9.0/10+ It's great because the wii fit board really does respond to your movements. There's a range of games to play that workout your body in a variety of ways from balance to muscle tone. It's as challenging as you want it to be but as the games are fun it's quite easy to get carried away and before you know it you're burning up a sweat!! My whole family use it and we're constantly battling for the top scores which motivates us to use it! The Board itself is relatively compact so it's easy to store when we're not using it and it's hassle free setting it up. Typically cute nintendo graphics and soundeffects. I suppose the best thing of all is that after 2 months we all still use it regularly and there are still games to unlock. We're not bored yet and I'm not sure that we'll ever be!!!!
- I've struggled to find a bad point so this is as close as it gets: Unlike most wii games this isn't really for multiplayer use. It's not ideal for having friends round and taking turns because you train individually and you have to keep going back to load up other mii's and it's boring watching one person train although, it's quite funny watching my dad try the hula hoops!!

Score 10.0/10+ I love the wii fit. Exercising in the comfort of your own home. The great thing about this unique game add on is that it allows you to push your body to exercise at a level which you are comfortable with. It also allows you to build up your fitness levels over time. The Wii Fit gives you advice on how to maximise your workout and hgive you health & fitness tips and a fitness programme if you intend pushing to a target weight level. Measuring your BMP allows you to see what the average weight is for your height and age and where you are in relation to that, then monitor your progress towards your own personal targets. It really is like having a gym with your own personal trainer!

Score 8.0/10+ Wii fit is very easy and fun to use, and the way it unlocks more things the more time you spend on it helps to motivate you to keep using it. There is a large variety of activities to do, and some of them get you laughing as well (just watch someone try to do the hula hoop game!). The leaderboards and graphs help you to see the improvements you make.
- Navigating through all the menus takes time, so to get about 1 hour of actual activity, you have to spend about two hours on the console. It would be good if you could tell it how much time you've got, and it would design a workout for you without having to keep stopping and starting.

From the cheesy ads and the mocking YouTube parodies, you could be forgiven for thinking that Nintendo‚Äôs Wii Fit and Balance Board would be overly-worthy, not very entertaining, or just plain silly. But, of course, it‚Äôs made by Nintendo, a company which is fast becoming a master of turning mundane of tasks into fun activities (accompanied by vast amounts of profit). The Wii Fit pack contains the software, the balance board and four AA batteries. Set-up is dead simple: load the Wii Fit disc, sync the board with your Wii (as you do with Wiimotes, switch the board on and you‚Äôre good…

Manufacturer's Description
What is Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness.
Wii Balance Board
The Wii Balance Board™ accessory was created from the ground up to work with Wii Fit. It’s an innovative peripheral for Wii that’s simple, fun, and it’s a great way to get you off of the couch and into the action. The Wii Balance Board is more than just a scale —it can read your real-life movements and bring them to life on screen, just like the Wii Remote™ controller. Realistically snowboard down a mountain or walk a tight rope—it’s just one more way to get into the game.
Charting Your Progress
Check your daily progress in Wii Fit with easy-to-understand charts and graphs. The orange line you see in the center of the graph represents your BMI the first time you checked it. From then on, it’s easy to tell how you’ve done since you started using Wii Fit. You can also set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you’ve done outside of Wii Fit.
All About Balance
Your center of balance, the point between your left and right sides when you are standing upright, has a lot to do with your health. Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their body. Wii Fit can help you learn more about your balance, and give you tips on how to improve it.
Trial Mode
Trial mode is available for anyone who wants to try out Wii Fit, without the commitment of creating a new profile. You can quickly determine a new user’s Wii Fit Age, or have them engage in one of 15 different fun exercises. Your friends can use Trial Mode if they want to try Wii Fit.
Wii Fit Channel
With Wii Fit, you can install a channel in the Wii Menu so that you can perform a Body Test and view your graph without having to insert the Wii Fit Game Disc. For example, if you happen to have the Wii Sports™ Game Disc in the Wii console, you can still check your weight via the Wii Fit Channel without switching games.
