Score 10.0/10+ Make you exercise without it feeling like exercise
- Need to buy a cover separately for it.

Score 8.0/10+ Fun way of exercising. You can really feel your muscles working on things like the hula hoop and boxing.
- Too much button pressing between activities is disrupting when trying to excerise. It is a shame you can't link up the yoga moves into one sequence rather than going through them individually.

Score 10.0/10+ This is great fun. No, it won't replace going to the gym or working out, but its not intended to. Some of the games are great fun, whilst some do have you build up a sweat. I like that you need to get to a certain score too before you can unlock more advanced levels. Means you can't do yourself injury. Great to get you doing a bit more exercise instead of sitting around the house.
- I think switching between the mii characters could be better. Half the fun is playing it with other people, and it would be easier if you could just switch mii's without having to go back to wii fit plaza. Its my only gripe, and a small one at that

Score 10.0/10+ Extremely user-friendly. Wide variety of workouts/exercises that are FUN but still get the heart rate up and help to tone your bod. Encourages you to exercise and gradually increases the skill levels/repetitions to suit your pace of working. Body test information is a useful tool to monitor progress if you have set yourself a goal to reach. An excellent piece of kit!
- Board needs to be on a firm surface to give accurate information and calculations for weight, BMI, etc. - a thick or spongy carpet-type surface could result in false readings.

good level of challenge for a moderately fit person - can really feel the core muscles getting stronger as a result of yoga.
the first time I have run anywhere for years .... thoroughly enjoyable.
-
Weighing yourself every day (as it suggests) is not actually as helpful as once a week.
The Wii Fit does not use your goal to plan an appropriate programme, which is a little frustrating as it is easy to stick to the exercises you enjoy rather than the ones that could do you the most good.

Score 10.0/10+ . It really does give you a work out! You'll be breaking out in a sweat after a good solid 6mins of hula hooping .Its fun and gets the whole family involed/motivated to get fit and lose weight. Once my mum got her wii fitness age it motivated her to get more active and eat healthier. She was on the wii fit everyday and started to eat more healthy. On her first week on the wii fit alone as part of her daily exercise she lost 3lb! .Its very sensitive and smart. It knows immediately when a different user is playing another person's profile or character . Its very informative and gives you daily fitness tips/ advice. .It has a variety of games .The yoga and muscle work out trainers are very motivating, carm and relaxing, they make the stretches easy by doing it with you through every single step of the way, and they try to convince you to carry on/keep up a good pace if slow down or stop.
- .Not very challenging at all. You can unlock all the games and muscle work outs in a matter of days. .Once you've pretty much unlocked and got used to all the games and its level of difficulty, you tend to get a bit bored.

- battery life is very short you really need to get a rechargeable battery pack. does not measure your weight accuratly if used on carpet. we noted a -3.7stone difference when we used at a freinds house who has carpet, could have more games as at the moment there is only wii fit and a skiing game.

- I've not used it as much as I would have hoped - not sure if this is just cos I'm lazy or because after the first week or so the excitement to use it lessens somewhat. that said, when I do have another go after no using it for a while, its still as much fun as ever.

It should recognise you have been on it a lot and ignore all the rubbish in between! You just wanna get on with it. Score 10.0/10+ Brialliantly put together and funny. Everyone who has a go really enjoys it. It's challenging and addictive. You always want to better your score. It's great when you unlock a new game. Watch out for the football boots when playing the football header one! All the little touches really make the games fun, even for the people who are just watching the 'exerciser'.
- When doing the body test, it can be very inaccurate when measuring and could give you a complex. My ten-year old nephew is already getting upset as it tells him he is obese, when in reality he's far from it. From the cheesy ads and the mocking YouTube parodies, you could be forgiven for thinking that Nintendo‚Äôs Wii Fit and Balance Board would be overly-worthy, not very entertaining, or just plain silly. But, of course, it‚Äôs made by Nintendo, a company which is fast becoming a master of turning mundane of tasks into fun activities (accompanied by vast amounts of profit). The Wii Fit pack contains the software, the balance board and four AA batteries. Set-up is dead simple: load the Wii Fit disc, sync the board with your Wii (as you do with Wiimotes, switch the board on and you‚Äôre good…

Manufacturer's Description
What is Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness.
Wii Balance Board
The Wii Balance Board™ accessory was created from the ground up to work with Wii Fit. It’s an innovative peripheral for Wii that’s simple, fun, and it’s a great way to get you off of the couch and into the action. The Wii Balance Board is more than just a scale —it can read your real-life movements and bring them to life on screen, just like the Wii Remote™ controller. Realistically snowboard down a mountain or walk a tight rope—it’s just one more way to get into the game.
Charting Your Progress
Check your daily progress in Wii Fit with easy-to-understand charts and graphs. The orange line you see in the center of the graph represents your BMI the first time you checked it. From then on, it’s easy to tell how you’ve done since you started using Wii Fit. You can also set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you’ve done outside of Wii Fit.
All About Balance
Your center of balance, the point between your left and right sides when you are standing upright, has a lot to do with your health. Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their body. Wii Fit can help you learn more about your balance, and give you tips on how to improve it.
Trial Mode
Trial mode is available for anyone who wants to try out Wii Fit, without the commitment of creating a new profile. You can quickly determine a new user’s Wii Fit Age, or have them engage in one of 15 different fun exercises. Your friends can use Trial Mode if they want to try Wii Fit.
Wii Fit Channel
With Wii Fit, you can install a channel in the Wii Menu so that you can perform a Body Test and view your graph without having to insert the Wii Fit Game Disc. For example, if you happen to have the Wii Sports™ Game Disc in the Wii console, you can still check your weight via the Wii Fit Channel without switching games.
