+ Fun Game, Lots to unlock which keeps the game interesting, comes with the balance board... good for you!
- More expensive than most Wii games (because of balance board). Balance board requires batteries (no USB charger pack for it yet, as far as I know).
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ A realy good game for all the family. its easy to exercise without feeling it and it is fun.
- It would be nice to be able to compete and have a little competition such as who is the best hula hooper if you could switch quickly between contestants as you can on other games.
purchased 24 Apr 2008

Nintendo take gaming to new heights; interactivity and intuitive games for young & old; fat & thin.
Weigh your friends and find out whose the fatty.
- Typical Nintendo in game character interface (this time a chatting Wii board) that requires you to listen to advice, press A, press A, press A... etc why can't we jump straight in?
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ absoultely superb fun for all the family

purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ fun for all the family , individual goals and password protected individual info..
- a little expensive, but then most wii products are a little expensive at the moment !
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ With wii games you expect basic graphics and sound but the actrual gameplay is great. I already work out at the gym but even so the wii fit tasks are more than challenging and can be great fun!

+ I LOVE this product it makes exercising fun and entertaining, you have an exercise partner who encourages you, along with a personal trainer who calculates your weight BMI and gives you timescales and targets to aim for. For people everywhere who are too financially challenged, or just too bone idle to go to the gym this product is great fun!!
- Make sure you have enough space to do the exercises!
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Good variety of exercises and additional levels to be earned
- Some repetitive music and poor graphics
purchased 24 Apr 2008

purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Absolutely brilliant, have got fitter and started losing weight, it challenging, and very addictive
- Not many to mention, may be a bit harsh on youngsters who are over weight.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Excellent fun
- I like to challenge my Husband at the games but we cannot do this and he has to play as me as I have unlocked more games. Also my 5 year old wants to play but I do not think that giving him a bmi is acceptable at his age - especially if he was female I think that if the child is slightly older they may have weight issues.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ It's much deeper than I thought it would be. Lots to play and uncover and the games are fun.
- It's a bit slow to start as it needs you to register and check your progress. That said, it's such a lot of fun it's worth the wait.
purchased 24 Apr 2008

+ great fun.
- I think it would be good to have other games to [play on the wii board such as surfing skateboarding etc. What would make it even better would be if you can attach two to your console so you can play against each other at the same time.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ The only all round game console designed for the whole family to play and use together.
- Not found any.
purchased 24 Apr 2008

+ Really motivating; has been used daily and with increasing lengths of time as I enjoy all of the elements. I have never been attracted to Yoga until I started Wii Fit, yet really enjoy these exercises. I like the personal trainers, (especially when a handsome young man tells me my "form is fantastic"!!!)
- I wish that the Step exercise could have a few more levels before the Free Step and that the routines were varied to make it even more challenging! I don't like it when the handsome young man, (mentioned in Good Points), tells me he is available "anytime you'd like to work on those stomach muscles"! Can he see me?!?!
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Great fun for all the family.
- not enough different things to do and gets a bit repetitive
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ gives you your weight and encourages you to keep your program going lots of different challenges with each exercise program and the mii are quite funny feel a lot better in my self and can feel the benefit of keeping fit with the wii fit and my weight loss is fantastic couldn't of done it without my wii fit

+ unique / different gaming - attracts a new gaming audience.
- perhaps limited amount of other new games potential
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Goal setting;motivation. Tracking of progress
-
Would be nice to be able to have multiple players take turns in activities.
Too many click through messages that become tiring after short period.
Top 10 ranking would be better if it had limited entries for a a single user - 1 good user practising prevents other users from seeing their relative performance
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Good laugh - something for all the family to join in with and have fun - great!!

+ good fun way to be a bit more active. I particularly like the step aerobics and rhythm boxing games. The yoga is also a good way to relax.
- could do with longer aerobic sessions i feel, only 10mins on the step aerobics, could do with maybe a 30 minute routine.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ good way to watch your weight and fitness, but fun at the same time!!!

- that children can weigh themselves all the time !
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ good at keeping you fit and healthy.
- wish there were some way of downloading more games as there aren't many aerobic games
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ You can exercise at your own pace and keeps a track of what you have or have not done. Its fun. competitive so it keeps you going. You can set your own goals.
- the board doesn't work as well on a carpet, you also have to determine the weight of your own clothing when you weight so it may not be as accurate. It can't take into account illness in your exercise regime.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Good family fun. Children (if supervised) coud use it. Makes you a bit aware of your fitness level. Bought one each for two daughters who live away from home.
- Could easily get fed up with it.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ every thing
- nothing
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ It is good that the levels of activity build up the more time you spend on it.
- You can't switch easily between people to challenge them. you can only register 8 wii miis on the board and once you have registered them you can't unregister them.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ very good game play, but once all the challenges had been completed it could be boring. It would be good to be able to download more activities, or buy add ons.

Keeps track of weight loss
Easy to use and fun games
-
Loading each games takes too long.
Too many "serious" excercises - the balance and aerobic games are much more fun because you don;t notice how long you have been training so 40 minutes goes quick. Yoga and muscle workouts can be boring.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ easy to play, you can excercise, play games for as little or as much time as you want (no time limits).
- only 8 people can be registered.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ Brilliant fun that the whole family can be involved in
- it doesn't store your wii fit age from the last time you did it, you have to try and remember.

+ This product makes exercising fun.
- The product does not include a warm-up.
purchased 24 May 2008
+ Great at the start, really holds your hand and makes exercise fun!
-
Basically addictive, but after a while the pace is too slow.
Wii fit age is useless as varies too much and it depends on skill rather than measuring anything relating to "fitness".
purchased 13 Jun 2008
+ Good idea to release new games as you spend more time on the Wii
-
Limited shelf time - once you have "mastered" the games it gets boring
I go to the step classes at my gym an and I find the steps game on the Wii is not challenging
purchased 13 Jun 2008
+ Easy and fun to use and keeps track of your progress. Makes exercising fun!!
- A bit too much waffle from the trainers in the yoga and muscle workout sections, not during but before and after the session.
purchased 11 Jun 2008
+ Great fun - good variety of games
- Need plenty of space for some of the exercises but no other bad points
purchased 14 Apr 2008
+ Easy to pick up and play, but still challenging enough to get a fitter
- No bad points as such but would like to see more balance board games come through, particularly unususal ones.

+ I've never bought a computer game for myself before and am not a 'gamer' (having the time would be a novelty!) but this is fantastic. Obviously it can work out expensive if you don't already have access to a Wii console but it's certainly worth the investment. It's fun, challenging but not difficult and gives far better feedback than any gym instructor. I've cancelled my gym membership!!! The whole family can get involved as there as so many different types of routines and it's great fun to all have a go at some of the more 'game' like things like hoola hooping, heading the ball (I've never played football but give as good as I get!!) and snowboarding etc. It's beginning to get very competitive in our household - what a laugh. It's really nice to all do something together for a change!! It even told me the other day that they heard I'm looking slimmer lately! (I have lost 3lb). I totally love this product!!
-
You need to have a Wii console to play it.
There can be a queue to play;o)
purchased 08 Jul 2008
+ Well thought out equipment with a great idea produced in an entertaing package.
- Does tend to nag any user who is not consistent at using the programme.
purchased 17 Jul 2008
+ Apart from helping you to keep in shape you can check your BMI daily, log your weights to see if any fluctuations and overall good fun
- I haven't find any yet
purchased 17 Jul 2008
+ It is fun, challenging and a great way to exercise. You can pick and choose what excercises you want to do. You can log on to see your progress which motivates you to do more. It gives you more advanced excersises and adds new ones once you get better.

+ Fun to use, particuarly like the hoola-hoop one. I think that the Balance Board is more reliable than your average bathroom scales and you can pay a lot for decent scales so its reasonably priced.
- Some of the music can be a bit irritating - for example if you're doing step, it would be nice to have a choice of tunes so that you don't have to listen to the same jingle all the time, it can drive you a bit mad. It would be nice if you could design an exercise plan for yourself, eg, setup to run certain yoga or workouts followed by step followed by hoola etc.

+ great fun!
- needs more games

+ Overall it is excellent, great fun for everyone who has used it.
- It should have come with a rechargeable battery pack.
purchased 09 Jul 2008

Easy Setup.
All the family can use it.
-
Requires discipline to get the most out of it - probably my issue rather than Wii Fit's to be completely honest.
You get just as good an aerobic workout from Wii Sports and that comes free with the Wii.
purchased 09 Jul 2008
+ Keeps you motivated and having fun
- Having to keep hold of remote
purchased 09 Jul 2008
+ Easy to set up and use.
- Hard work.
purchased 08 Jul 2008
+ Had a baby so cant get out the house everyday to do exercise so this is great for doing some exercise when the wee one is sleeping. Good fun and gets your heart going!
- Would not rely on it as your only means of exercise - I do lots of exercise anyway so that's why I gave it a 7 for challenging
purchased 09 Jul 2008
+ Exercise becomes fun.
- Should be more levels of each fitness. I.e. Step Plus could go on longer or much more advanced levels should be given in order to keep the interest.
purchased 09 Jul 2008
+ Good exercises, easy to use, picture quailty is great,
- You can have your own character like the other games you can!. Need more challenging games
purchased 08 Jul 2008
+ Great game, lots of variety and fun to play

purchased 08 Jul 2008
+ Fun for all the family
- Inability to change from one player to another without coming all the way out of the games
purchased 08 Jul 2008
+
sooooo easy my 6 year old uses it.
easy to exercise while at home
- wii fit board is not very accurate, in that if you weigh yourself and then repeat the weighing it says something different

What is Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness.
Wii Balance Board
The Wii Balance Board™ accessory was created from the ground up to work with Wii Fit. It’s an innovative peripheral for Wii that’s simple, fun, and it’s a great way to get you off of the couch and into the action. The Wii Balance Board is more than just a scale —it can read your real-life movements and bring them to life on screen, just like the Wii Remote™ controller. Realistically snowboard down a mountain or walk a tight rope—it’s just one more way to get into the game.
Charting Your Progress
Check your daily progress in Wii Fit with easy-to-understand charts and graphs. The orange line you see in the center of the graph represents your BMI the first time you checked it. From then on, it’s easy to tell how you’ve done since you started using Wii Fit. You can also set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you’ve done outside of Wii Fit.
All About Balance
Your center of balance, the point between your left and right sides when you are standing upright, has a lot to do with your health. Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their body. Wii Fit can help you learn more about your balance, and give you tips on how to improve it.
Trial Mode
Trial mode is available for anyone who wants to try out Wii Fit, without the commitment of creating a new profile. You can quickly determine a new user’s Wii Fit Age, or have them engage in one of 15 different fun exercises. Your friends can use Trial Mode if they want to try Wii Fit.
Wii Fit Channel
With Wii Fit, you can install a channel in the Wii Menu so that you can perform a Body Test and view your graph without having to insert the Wii Fit Game Disc. For example, if you happen to have the Wii Sports™ Game Disc in the Wii console, you can still check your weight via the Wii Fit Channel without switching games.
