+ You get a workout whilst having fun, good for all the family of all ages. Is very addictive.

- More expensive than most Wii games (because of balance board). Balance board requires batteries (no USB charger pack for it yet, as far as I know).

+ A realy good game for all the family. its easy to exercise without feeling it and it is fun.

- It would be nice to be able to compete and have a little competition such as who is the best hula hooper if you could switch quickly between contestants as you can on other games.

- Typical Nintendo in game character interface (this time a chatting Wii board) that requires you to listen to advice, press A, press A, press A... etc why can't we jump straight in?

+ I LOVE this product it makes exercising fun and entertaining, you have an exercise partner who encourages you, along with a personal trainer who calculates your weight BMI and gives you timescales and targets to aim for. For people everywhere who are too financially challenged, or just too bone idle to go to the gym this product is great fun!!

- Make sure you have enough space to do the exercises!

- I like to challenge my Husband at the games but we cannot do this and he has to play as me as I have unlocked more games. Also my 5 year old wants to play but I do not think that giving him a bmi is acceptable at his age - especially if he was female I think that if the child is slightly older they may have weight issues.

- It's a bit slow to start as it needs you to register and check your progress. That said, it's such a lot of fun it's worth the wait.

- I think it would be good to have other games to [play on the wii board such as surfing skateboarding etc. What would make it even better would be if you can attach two to your console so you can play against each other at the same time.

+ Fantastic - real good fun, especially the hula hoops!!! Good way of getting yourself fit whilst keeping a track on your BMI and weight. Not boring like exercise dvd's as different exercises every day - loads to choose from!!

+ Really motivating; has been used daily and with increasing lengths of time as I enjoy all of the elements. I have never been attracted to Yoga until I started Wii Fit, yet really enjoy these exercises. I like the personal trainers, (especially when a handsome young man tells me my "form is fantastic"!!!)

- I wish that the Step exercise could have a few more levels before the Free Step and that the routines were varied to make it even more challenging! I don't like it when the handsome young man, (mentioned in Good Points), tells me he is available "anytime you'd like to work on those stomach muscles"! Can he see me?!?!

+ good fun way to be a bit more active. I particularly like the step aerobics and rhythm boxing games. The yoga is also a good way to relax.

- could do with longer aerobic sessions i feel, only 10mins on the step aerobics, could do with maybe a 30 minute routine.

+ You can exercise at your own pace and keeps a track of what you have or have not done. Its fun. competitive so it keeps you going. You can set your own goals.

- the board doesn't work as well on a carpet, you also have to determine the weight of your own clothing when you weight so it may not be as accurate. It can't take into account illness in your exercise regime.

+ Good family fun. Children (if supervised) coud use it. Makes you a bit aware of your fitness level. Bought one each for two daughters who live away from home.

- You can't switch easily between people to challenge them. you can only register 8 wii miis on the board and once you have registered them you can't unregister them.

- Loading each games takes too long.
Too many "serious" excercises - the balance and aerobic games are much more fun because you don;t notice how long you have been training so 40 minutes goes quick. Yoga and muscle workouts can be boring.

+ I've never bought a computer game for myself before and am not a 'gamer' (having the time would be a novelty!) but this is fantastic. Obviously it can work out expensive if you don't already have access to a Wii console but it's certainly worth the investment. It's fun, challenging but not difficult and gives far better feedback than any gym instructor. I've cancelled my gym membership!!! The whole family can get involved as there as so many different types of routines and it's great fun to all have a go at some of the more 'game' like things like hoola hooping, heading the ball (I've never played football but give as good as I get!!) and snowboarding etc. It's beginning to get very competitive in our household - what a laugh. It's really nice to all do something together for a change!! It even told me the other day that they heard I'm looking slimmer lately! (I have lost 3lb). I totally love this product!!

+ Fun to use, particuarly like the hoola-hoop one. I think that the Balance Board is more reliable than your average bathroom scales and you can pay a lot for decent scales so its reasonably priced.

- Some of the music can be a bit irritating - for example if you're doing step, it would be nice to have a choice of tunes so that you don't have to listen to the same jingle all the time, it can drive you a bit mad. It would be nice if you could design an exercise plan for yourself, eg, setup to run certain yoga or workouts followed by step followed by hoola etc.

- Requires discipline to get the most out of it - probably my issue rather than Wii Fit's to be completely honest.
You get just as good an aerobic workout from Wii Sports and that comes free with the Wii.
