+ Good for fun excercise, the kids love joining in too. great to monitor BMI and weight loss.
- Expensive but I use it every day so if I can reduce my weight and BMI it will be worth every penny. Annoying having to reset the options so often, would prefer 30 min non stop excercise.

+ Good way to have fun and keep fit in your own home at your own pace.
- It takes a while before you can exercise, ie, if you have just ski jumped, you then have to go through all the info again if you want to have another bash at it.
purchased 06 Mar 2009
+ Wii fit is amazing product and has taught me lots of new exercises.
- I have to go to work!
purchased 22 Feb 2009

- I have large feet and finding a comfortable position sometimes poses a problem.
purchased 08 Mar 2009
+ A good way to improve the amount you exercise and lose weight, as you don't have to do it all in one go. It keeps track of what you do and for how long and never feels like hard exercise as so much fun. I use it every day and in my first week I lost 7lbs a good kick start to my weight loss.
- None really, think it should come with the rechargeable battery pack though, but saying that it did come with batteries to get us started and we haven't replaced them yet.
purchased 15 Mar 2009
+ Excellent that you get a really good workout and exercise without really realising that is what you are doing.

+ The Wii Fit is very easy to use and set up, great fun for all the family whatever their age and workouts are fun whatever your level of fitness is.

purchased 15 Mar 2009
+ Easy to use. Kids love it, adults love it a great family pastime.
- We all fight to get on it first!
purchased 14 Mar 2009
+ The wii fit was very excellent value for money and it is so useful when you cannot be bothered to go out and exercise so you just unpack the wii fit and exercise. You can really stretch yourself and improve in every way possible. I know that i used to not care about how i stand but now whenever i stand i think about balance and posture, its crazy :)
- The weight limit is one of the bad points because my friend wanted to have a go at the hula-hooping but when she got up it can up with the limit has been exceeded she was very upset about this! But otherwise it is very useful!

+ you can do it whenever it suits you, and in your pyjamas if you like! lots of variety in the exercises. motivation to unlock new/more difficult exercises. easy to monitor your progress if you're trying to lose weight. can have fun with your kids with the balance games as well.
- not really a bad point, but the music gets a little repetitive on the step programme, and the free step rhythm is quite slow. the best thing is to turn the sound down and put some music on, then i usually do about 50% more than the target number of steps.
purchased 16 Mar 2009
+ Great fun. Easy to store. Quick to set up.
- Batteries quickly run out. Easy to cheat.
purchased 21 Feb 2009
+ I use my Wiifit to exercise. It will be cheaper and more convenient than going to a gym. I enjoy the different types of exercises I can select. I can do as much or as little as I want and use my Wiifit when it suits me. I like being able to set my own target and monitor my progress each time I use it.

+ You do actually feel the burn after playing a little, not as good as the gym obviously but it is good fun especially when playing with someone else.
- Seems a bit flimsy at times not sure how long it will last for? The movements for some games seem a bit repetitive but I have only played a handful of them.

- None so far apart from it's hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness.
Wii Balance Board
The Wii Balance Board™ accessory was created from the ground up to work with Wii Fit. It’s an innovative peripheral for Wii that’s simple, fun, and it’s a great way to get you off of the couch and into the action. The Wii Balance Board is more than just a scale —it can read your real-life movements and bring them to life on screen, just like the Wii Remote™ controller. Realistically snowboard down a mountain or walk a tight rope—it’s just one more way to get into the game.
Charting Your Progress
Check your daily progress in Wii Fit with easy-to-understand charts and graphs. The orange line you see in the center of the graph represents your BMI the first time you checked it. From then on, it’s easy to tell how you’ve done since you started using Wii Fit. You can also set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you’ve done outside of Wii Fit.
All About Balance
Your center of balance, the point between your left and right sides when you are standing upright, has a lot to do with your health. Those without an even center of balance will be unnaturally compensating for this imbalance, which causes their posture to become misaligned, increasing the possibility of putting unnecessary strain on their body. Wii Fit can help you learn more about your balance, and give you tips on how to improve it.
Trial Mode
Trial mode is available for anyone who wants to try out Wii Fit, without the commitment of creating a new profile. You can quickly determine a new user’s Wii Fit Age, or have them engage in one of 15 different fun exercises. Your friends can use Trial Mode if they want to try Wii Fit.
Wii Fit Channel
With Wii Fit, you can install a channel in the Wii Menu so that you can perform a Body Test and view your graph without having to insert the Wii Fit Game Disc. For example, if you happen to have the Wii Sports™ Game Disc in the Wii console, you can still check your weight via the Wii Fit Channel without switching games.
