+ easy instructions, good readings for fitness levels, fun workouts and ideas. graphics good and intensity levels good but sometimes fast. The board is easy to use.

- sometimes gives more intensity when you are not ready. doesn't recognise when you have given up because it's too hard and no way to enter this in the programme

- Need to have a TV on the wall so as you are noy looking down at the screen when standing on the Wii fit board, being 6' 2" gives me a crick in the neck.

+ The product itself is fantastic, I use it all the time, you can have fun while improving your fitness. I think Nintendo are on to a winner here.

- Its a shame buyers are held to ransom because you cannot get the Wii Fit on its own without having to pay a premium price for it. I have only played the bundled games that came with it once and didnt really want them in the first place.

Brain training is OK - average - the 'guide' is annoying and irritating but the tests and practices are alright

- The other items in the Wii Fit bundle were unnecessary but as I had no other way of buying the Wii Fit, I had no choice but to pay an excessive amount for additional items I have no use for.

Adults have to learn to play the games BEFORE the kids get to play with it Christmas Day, don't we? and then it is here when they visit ... meanwhile we get fit with Sport and Family Ski on the Surfboard (aka Balance Board!) WERE GETTING GREAT WITH Mario Karts and can hardly wait for Moto GP in January

+ you can use this product with ease the set up and using it is very easy to do fun to use great for all the family

+ A great fun gift. had everyone joining in over christmas. Good for young (perhaps not very young our youngest was 8) and old, my mum n dad over 70. lots of different activities that are enjoyable but also get you active. My son would spend all day on computer, at least when he comes off the fit board he's got a sweat on! I have arthritis but the yoga stretches are doing me some good and I can do some of the workouts.

- cant think of any really. might be an idea to have a group guest option for parties as a one off session when you dont need to keep a record saved of their results. This might be possible already but I haven't found it yet!

+ Excellent product. Plugs in and goes - simple. Easy to move and play. Was dissapointed regarding the game that came with it, but the kids loved it (hence the 8 rating at purchase time). Good investment and would strongly recommend.

+ Good fun way of encouraging some exercise. I've lost 9lbs with a little dieting and regular wii fitting in 4 weeks.

+ Something for the whole family or individual. Keep fit or games. We have two teenagers and have had hours of fun. Would recommend.
