+ Great fun for the family, had me crying of laughing watching my partner doing the hula on wii fit, he had great fun too. We've all registered our own personalised characters too who all feature in some of the activities. It's also made sturdy.

+ The Wii Fit program is excellent. It is like have your very own personal trainer in your home. There is no need to spend out on gym fees if you have this. I really enjoy doing my work outs every morning and keeping my fitness on track. A superb by, thanks.

+ Extremely easy to use for a wide range of ages - if your grandparents can't get their heads around pressing circles, squares, triangles and crosses on controllers for certain other gaming systems, show them this!

- Unfortunately the downside to a system that is so easy to use is that games necessarily have to be less complex than some competitors offerings.

+ Something everyone can be involved in whether actively taking part or not. We, as a family from 10 year old to grandparents have had so much fun and laughter is the order of the day. Wii Fitness has opened a whole new dimension of fitness and made attaining it simpler. Everyone can work at their own pace and ability level. Big Brain has shown me just how little my brain is but now I have the means to improve, watch this space! Love it all !!!!

+ Fantastic product. This has got to be the best buy we have ever made. We spend more time playing games as a family than we do sitting in front of the TV, which can't be a bad thing! The Nintendo Wii Fit is brilliant and was bought so that I could do some exercise each day, the workouts are great and you can do how much or how little you want. It is a proper exercise routine, so expect to feel the aches and pains if you are not use to regular exercise!

- The Wii fit keeps telling me that my body is unsteady when I have to stand on one leg!!!! You do need at least a 3 foot clear area all around you, so I have to move furniture around each time I use it.

- My wifes pregnant and there are no advice warnings or information around this. She's constantly putting on weight when she gets on the fit board but overall she loves it.
