- all the different things u can buy for it are quite expensive eg:wheel,wii fit board,etc...
needs some more classic games like original marioland,duck hunt from the snes,not alot of variety at the mo.

+ The whole package is excellent, I can't fault it. Myself and my Grandchildren have hours of fun and it is getting us fit. This a very clever product, a lot of innovative people have put in the ultimate work. in my opinion worth every pound .

- If you are a real hardcore gamer type then don't bother with this as graphics aren't brilliant and you would be better with a Playstation 3.

+ this game machine was bought as a present for my son but even us oldies got hooked on it and thoroughly enjoyed playing with it . we were sad when Christmas was over and it went home to Hertfordshire and said we would probably purchase one if they got a bit cheaper

- got so hyped up on it i strained a shoulder muscle shows how hooked on it we were

+ it is a very good product and is exciting. Kids love it and are never off it. It is very energetic and wears you out but its good fun!

- It can hurt your muscles after a while but i just put that down to being too enthusiastic and not taking regular breaks. You get used to it though.

+ It is a Christmas present for the children. It was a good buy so i brought it and recommended it so loads of people to go and buy.

- Not enough games given with the package, i like the sports game you get free. Would have been nice to have two remotes with it and another game free.

+ Create custom "Mii" characters to use and play within some games, you can also transfer these characters to your remote so you can take it to a friends house to use your character there. Kids love the console and my son is very active on it, say good bye to the zombie days of gaming where only your thumbs get any exercise and say hello to the active, full on gaming that the Wii will bring you. We have purchased other games but the kids keep going bad to playing Wii sports which comes free with the console.
The console also has a diary of all gaming times and what has been played so you can keep an eye on how much time your kids spend playing, with parental locks also added, this is by far the best family console on the market...Sony and Microsoft...take note!

- Graphics could have been a little better to rival the PS3 and xbox 360 and with only one remote and nuncuck in the pack so I've had to purchase another.

+ Product Purchase from my children as a xmas gift, all the family have played from 82 year old granny (ten
pin bowling) to golfing mad uncle who could get out of the bunkers. great family fun.

- Availability and price. Seems that product was held back from stores until last minute.
Product could only be bought with lots of other games as a package, which then bumps up the price by in
some cases over £100.

+ All the family can play on the Wii from my 3 year old to the grandparents - no wires, no mess, and no arguing from the kids (we have 4 controllers) have already recommended to all our friends. Although I have put graphics at 8/10 this is only because they are quite simplistic but hey this is all you need.

- Cant find any - I would say so addictive that we probably play too much.

+ Good family entertainment stimulating togetherness, personalised characters make it fun, it encourages excercise in a similar situation where otherwise we would be just be watching television and vegitating . Wii a brilliant idea.

- So addictive over the holiday period, I found myself and my son playing the wii till the early hours, so mornings got later and later! Only bad point we can think of is that the batteries do not last long in the hand controls

Idealy set the pcture quality to 480 if you have an HD tv

+ the whole family can join in from my 2yr old to my mother-in law, all smilling and laughing at their efforts to keep everything on track, then being slowly replaced with the seriousness of just trying to have fun.
Part of the fun is the learning to use it, but that is soon replaced by sheer enjoyment of the games themsleves- excellent.
There is no replacement for outdoor play and fun- but on rainy days this is hard to beat.

- some of the menus are not that clear or intuitive to use.
I can't let my children play on their own as they tend to get tooclose to the TV or swing their arms too much.

+ it is fairly straight forward to use. it is fun for all the family. it is also educational. it is very interactive, and it useful that you receive feedback on your results and how well you are doing as you go along. until you use one you cannot imagine how clever it is. my daughter who is ten loves it.

- the only bad point is the cost. it is the most expensive console on the market. and we will be waiting for the games to go down in price before buying them. i do think there should be two remotes with the console, not just one. Nintendo do need to reduce the cost i think.

+ Great fun. I got it for the WiiFit because I needed to do the balance games and have become addicted to Wii Sports. I am riddled with arthritis and have had to find 'different' ways of holding the remote to play such as bowling but the system is so sensitive that you can do that.

+ Wii sports is great fun for whole family - 6 year old daughter loves the bowling and didn't need any help to use the sports pack it's that easy!! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, parents & children all having great fun!

- Six year old out bowls me everytime!! No bad points at all...so far!

+ The Wii is the best interractive gaming experience that I have ever enjoyed.
It is brilliant for all ages and all abilities. It is so much fun to play in a group and alone.
The remote is very simple to use and it is very easy to get carried away in the game.
