Good points:: Easy to use
Efficient
Bad points:: Grill tray not easy to get out when hot, a) because there isn't a handle, (perhaps a removable one would be good as you could store it in a drawer until you need to use it), and b) because the grill is at quite a high level

Good points:: We replaced our old Neff with this newer model. Although its not the latest, it is brilliant. Self cleaning is great and the extra options for cooking make life a lot easier
