+ It looks good, performs very well, cooks at lower temperatures than my previous old electric oven. All in all I think it's a great oven. Haven't had to use the cleaning function yet so can't comment on that - but the Aquaclense system sounds fantastic!

- Oven racks are of poorer quality than the 20-year-old cheapo oven that it replaced. That's progress, I guess.

+ Much better finish and design than our previous (12/13 year old) Neff oven.

- The trim ring around the clock button has come loose. Hopefully this will be repaired soon.

+ We replaced our very old Neff cooker with this new model, the set up and controls are so similar that it is easy to use immediately.

+ Simple, good looking, well made. If it lasts as long as our last Neff oven (16 years), we will be well pleased!

- Terrible to keep the outside clean. Fingerprints stand out on the brushed steel finish, even when you are not aware of having touched it. Absolutely no idea why the grill pan has no handle, either fixed or detachable. That seems to be such a wierd omission on such a well designed product.

+ Easy to use ,haven't used the timer yet but will get round to it. Overall very pleased with cooker and would recomend it to anyone.

+ The cooker looks stylish and is very robust in construction (even in the glass door panels to the oven).
The variability of cooking temperature and even control in both the main oven and on the grill is very impressive which helps to deliver perfect results.
The light in the oven means that you can see instantly the progress of the food being cooked without the need to oven the door.

- Grill pan handle is loose and is made simply from twisted steel which could have been a bit more substantial.
