It is not a solid product you expect from Neff, it is very light and
the steel is so thin it is just like tin. It is properly installed but any movement on the worksurface makes it rattle. I have a Neff hob which is more than 17 years old in another property and it is much more solid, this one is like something you get on a camping trip.

- simple clean design, latest(current) pan supports are lighter section and easier cleaned. straight replacement for 10year old original. supplied with loose LPG jets for fitting if required ( LPG user)
- Bad points:
- current design pan supports do not have rubber feet/buffers separating support metal from enamel of the main hob
