Score 9.0/10+ This was a replacement for a 18 year old Jackson, I cant belive the improvement, so much easier to load, seems to have more space for plates, cups and dishes, so much quieter, door is better balenced (does not fall on your shins)

Cup racks are a bit small for mugs but are still OK
All the extra racking but I just unclipped it and stored it in the kitchen cupboard in case we needed it.
