+ A fridge is a fridge but I do like the anti bacterial and mimimum output gases. Maximises usable volume but rather awkwardly - like getting at the veg drawer

- Enough shelves BUT they are not adaptable/changeable enough

+ This product has the usual quality that you would expect from this premium brand, it also just happened to be the correct size for my kitchen build which makes it the right product for me.

- Small appliance therfore limited space inside, so if you want more space buy a bigger model

+ Well-made & thoughtfully designed. Very quiet and seems to be very well insulated - the motor doesn't need to run for very long to keep contents cold.

- DIY skills useful to get door-facing frame and required door attached and properly aligned, but this applies to all built-under fridges & freezers. Good pictorial instructions supplied for this.

+ Very clear & well presented fitting instructions. Fridge has good capacity for an integrated appliance. Lots of shelves & door space. Excellent cooling & only have to keep it at 50% (3 out of 6) on the dial. At fist I used 5 & it froze all the milk!!!

- Some DIY skills required to fit integrated door & bottom vent plastic cover. 2Ltr bottles don't fit on main shelves lying down (from front to back) as they just clash with door when it shuts - needs to be 1/2" deeper!

+ Very easy to install and has easy access to crisper unit without having to lift things out.

- Drawer in base, can't get into it if anything is placed on bottom shelf. Lack of movability of door shelves, Half shelf in main body of fridge - just too small to be of any real use.

Built in units are way too expensive compared to normal ones.

- The purely pictorial instructions for building in took some getting used to. Not quite informative enough.
Not as many shelf positions as earlier models.

+ Great brand using good quality components. Glass shelves.

- The salad storage area is slightly tricky to operate - but you do get used to it.

+ I like the bottom drawer how the shelve has a couple of options to access the stock. Lift or slide open.

- Little bit awkward adjusting the height of rear legs, but then all fridges have this issue I imagine

+ good quality fridge and still can fit 2x 6 pint milk in door impressed so far with the space only got it on number 3 and cold enough

- after a few weeks the intergrated door started to catch the other cupboard when you opened and closed it the problem looked like the door had twisted the hinge on the fridge had come un loose so its been tighted up now and we will have to see if it stays that way

+ great capacity for storage. Items don't have to be moved to get at salad keeper as shelf pulls out. The folding shelf is great as more e.g. sauce,salad dressing bottles can be stored upright.Very quiet motor. Very pleased with fridge and would definitely recommend.

- Being integrated and replacing old fridge we found that moving into position and using the spike from the front to higher or lower fridge at the back a bit difficult and time consuming, but once in position; after a bit of swearing from my husband, we have had no problems!! Also it might be better if instructions were written as well as in pictures as some were not very clear.
