This toy is easy to set up. Gives children lots of room to play in and they are able to move the rooms around as they please. It has given my girls lots of hours of play already and they only received it for christmas. It all folds away, although the girls insist on it staying up.
-
Lots of small bits (eg knives and folks, soap ) which can be a problem when you have smaller children in household.
Quite expensive.

Helps develop the childs imagination and is well built to take a little roughness. Even my son has been spotted playing with it with his batmen and is loved by my daughter (aged 4 and a half) Packs away neatly and doesn't take up too much space.
-
Has small accessories so need to be kept away from small children, but that is mainly common sense anyway!

Colourful and with lots of little gadgets. Instant entertainment for my daughter. Great for role plays - both by herself and with friends. Keeps her busy for a long time. Folds small for easy storage.
-
Lots of tiny parts with nowhere to store them - easy to get lost. A little wobbly - not stable on thick carpet and falls over with the smallest of knocks.

Tonnes of little bits that get scattered to the four winds. It is very flimsy and doesn't fold down that much.

Great idea for a 5 year old girl; it comes with practically everything and is ready to be played with once unpacked.

Some of the bits are quite small and very fiddly. With just one doll, we are glad there she had some other dolls already to make much more effective use of this home set.

It was unclear online what you were actually getting included in the boxes, as the pictures showed all the modular add ons. I had to view it in the shop first and read the back of the box to know what contents we would actually be getting.

Good value for money Barbie house with lots of fun items and accessories. Can be packed up reasonnably well.
-
Some parts of the house are not attached to the frame and they are consequently not very stable. The assembly instructions are a bit confusing and some of the items cannot subsequently be stored inside the house.

This is a changeable style house meaning the child can change the themes around and add different items such as sofa or kitchen to change appearance. Doesn't take up a huge expanse of room like other houses and can be neatly folded away. Great value for money at £13 as still see it being sold for over £20.
-
If anything it's that you have to add to it meaning more cost but the items are not too expensive but may be an additional cost some parents do not want.

nice design, easy to fold away neatly, all lovely little accessories can provide endless imaginative play ideas, fun as kids like little bits and parts of the house that move eg the shower head comes off/taps swivel/fridge opens etc.
-
must careful of losing little bits/younger sibling getting them! (we've stored all of ours in a plastic lunchbox and even the chairs/table/bed fit in neatly into that!) - not majorly bad point but best to look after it. having to stick stickers onto it to decorate the rooms/outside of house - its fine and we did it together but one or two ripped a bit or went on slightly wonky!
