+ stylish design with cool touchpad that controls many functions. 2 yr warranty. lack of communication from msi when i sent of guarantee though been several weeks now.very quiet in operation. overall fast gaming lappy at a fantastic price compared to ones with nvidia gpus. not used battery yet as i use it at home so guess it will last about a hour.
- only 1680x1050 screen. keys are in unsual positions and enter key is too small.

+ Good Screen, with a nice resolution. Good Webcam, the built in microphone is good. If you are a gamer like I am, the core speed is over clockable with a simple press of a button, (Engages the laptops turbo mode.) Also over clocking of the laptops very good graphics card is possible with the pre installed ATi software.
- Annoying keyboard shape. The punctuation and arrow keys area is really small which is going to be a pain if you do a lot of word processing.

Thinner than expected with a solid feel, nice red finish.
Quad core is as fast as expected and so is the 4850 ATI card.
The addition of the BlueRay drive is a nice plus too.
- Keyboard feels cramped on the right hand side (enter, riight shift, right CTRL question mark) etc all smaller than normal. Free bag feels a little on the small side for the machine. Most annoying feature the battery sticks out at the back.. :(
