- the sim card slips inside,and the screen gets a wobble so its unusable ,bought 2 phones at the same time & it occurs on both,slow to connect,

+ easy to find way round every part of it.i am 60yrs old and still found it easy.taking photoes is just a click and you have perfect picture.

+ Godd all round value with plenty of features.
Ring tones loud enough to hear even in noisy places.
camera easy to use

- Can not download photos to computer, have to send them by email/message, which is relatively expensive.
Camera only really good for portraits, close ups and in good light.
