- Battery life was initially quite short but now is reasonable by todays standards.
It is all to easy to connect the browser to the internet accidentally.

- Screen icons (which are now hidden).
Lousy T-Mobile signal coverage. Too expensive to run on T-mobile charges.

+ Compact phone with lots of options built in making it excellent value for money.

- Possibly due to so many items condensed into one phone the reception could be better, the volume of the ring is not very loud, causing a lot of missed calls. Typical Motorola, the phone is quite heavy.
