Good points:: seems fairly robust, quite nice ring tones etc. good signal compared to iphone
Bad points:: sluggish, seems to freeze, won't always let you answer incoming calls, locks up, looses settings, touch screen not as responsive as iphone.

Good points:: Good as a phone, but also for running apps.
Can indeed live in your pocket and share that living space with keys, swiss army knife and what have you without damage to phone (or keys!).
Bad points:: Need to recharge every other day
